The Guam Law Library was established pursuant to Guam Public Law 14-155 (1978). It is a tax-exempt non-profit educational corporation and donations to the Library are tax-deductible. It is the largest and most complete legal research center in Guam serving the entire Western Pacific Community. All members of the public are welcome to use the library for reading, studying, and reviewing library materials. You are invited to learn more about the library by reading the library’s newsletters. The Guam Law Library is governed by an appointed Board of Trustees. Officers are elected annually during the first Board meeting every year.
