NOTICE: GBA Membership Dues to Increase Effective 2024 Registration Period

Please see the attached Memorandum from the Board of Governors and Promulgation Order No. 23-002-01 regarding the rate increase of membership dues, effective 2024. Note: Inactive members who are 65 years and older or will reach the age of 65 by January 1, 2024, remain exempt from remitting the annual fee per Rule 8(g) of the Guam Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement and Disciplinary Proceedings.
