Notice is hereby given of the opening of nominations for the Board of Governors 2023-2025. Members may nominate one or more candidates for the following offices of the Board of Governors: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Member-at-Large (2 positions) for the two-year term commencing at the conclusion of the next annual meeting.
A nominating statement from an active member shall be filed for each candidate at the headquarters of the Guam Bar Association (392 W. O'Brien Drive, Hagåtña), no later than October 15, 2022, and shall be signed by three (3) active members in good standing.
Nominating statements can also be e-mailed to info@guambar.org, and the original nominations may be mailed (284 West Chalan Santo Papa, Hagåtña, Guam 96910) or hand-delivered by appointment only (392 West O'Brien Drive, Hagåtña, Guam 96910). All nominations must arrive and/or be postmarked by October 15, 2022.
