As you may be aware, this year's GBA Annual Meeting was held on Thursday, May 5, 2022. Due to extraneous factors, the GBA was not able to reach quorum and therefore unable to certify the meeting. A petition was submitted to the Supreme Court of Guam along with the GBA President's Report detailing all of the Bar's accomplishments while under COVID lockdown to present time.
The GBA is pleased to announce that the Supreme Court of Guam has approved the request to accept the Annual Meeting as satisfying the intention and requirement of the GBA Bylaws to hold the 2022 Annual Meeting.
Members who registered for and attended the 2022 Annual Meeting, may generate your CLE Certification online via the Members' Dashboard My Events + Get CLE Credits link. A CLE record for 1.0 General Credit Hour will be automatically added to your CLE Credits Log.
Members who attended the 2022 Annual Meeting but did not register on-time via the Members' Dashboard, you may fill out the traditional CLE Certification Form for this event by clicking on the link below. Complete the PDF form and manually upload the form on your CLE Credits Log page.

Winners will be given a $25 voucher to be used toward registration fees for the District Court of Guam's Annual District Conference and Pacific Judicial Council Biennial Conference, to be held from September 19th thru 23rd at the Dusit Thani Guam Resort and Dusit Thani Guam Beach Resort. (winners will be contacted individually with further instructions on how to apply their vouchers).
