In response to the ongoing public health crisis, Lawline is now offering a new CLE free of charge to help attorneys and employers address issues of limiting risk and continuing operations in the face of the outbreak.
Creating a Coronavirus Response Plan: A How-to Guide for Employers will cover the origins and basics of the spreading of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), as well as the practical implications for the workplace. Specifically, the program will include a discussion of best practices for employers, how to limit risk, and how to react if or when there is an outbreak in your region. We will focus on frequently asked questions by employers across industries.

Per Section 7(a)(3) of the Supreme Court of Guam Rules Governing Mandatory Continuing Legal Education, CLE courses are automatically approved for CLE credit if they are “approved by the highest court of another jurisdiction or its designee, the American Bar Association, or a state bar association.” This CLE is approved for 1 credit by several U.S. states, including California, Hawaii, and New York.
