On an ongoing effort to keep our legal community updated on the Judiciary of Guam Court Operations, please be advised that Administrative Order No. ADM20-210 has been issued under exigent circumstances related to COVID-19.
Significant points of this Administrative Order:
The following matters shall continue to be scheduled and heard in keeping with the urgency of those matters and consistent with statutory requirements, either in person or remotely:
o Magistrate proceedings;
o Preliminary hearings for detained juveniles;
o Civil protection orders;
o Temporary restraining orders;
o Search warrants
