The Online Registration is now available for the upcoming 2020 PJC American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) Trial Practice Training, Saipan, CNMI, January 27-29, 2020, to be held at the Fiesta Resort & Spa, Saipan.

The Judiciary of Guam will be sponsoring the Guam High School Mock Trial Competition set to start early in January 2020.

The Supreme Court Proposed Guam Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement and Disability Proceedings, Amended November 15, 2019, are being re-circulated with a reminder that comments are due by December 15, 2019.

The 2020 GBA Registration has been made available online to help expedite the registration process.

The Guam Bar Association CLE Committee would like to send a friendly reminder that members must complete their required CLE hours by December 31, 2018 to receive credit.
