Amidst the current public health emergency and the closure of our educational system across the island, the Guam Bar Association, along with the Judiciary of Guam and the District Court of Guam continues to move forward on a limited number of  Law Day activities.

The legal community and the general public are mourning the loss of GBA member and former Chief Justice Peter C. Siguenza, Jr. who passed away peacefully on Monday, March 30, 2020, he was 68. He will always be remembered as a champion in reshaping the Guam judicial court system we see today.

The Judiciary of Guam will be closing at noon today, Monday, March 16, 2020.
