The Public Defender Service Corporation (PDSC) will soon open its doors to assisting Guam’s elderly through a grant with the Department of Public Health & Social Services (DPHSS). As a part of the MOU between PDSC and DPHSS, we know that there may be instances where there may be a conflict between our office and the Manåmko’ we are to serve through this MOU. Please see General Order 21-0002 signed by Chief Judge Tydingco-Gatewood. The Court will execute a phased approach (Court Condition of Readiness 2 also known as CCOR 2), to the reopening of the courthouse to the public and will be open from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for walk-in services starting Thursday, January 28, 2021.
