Please see the following Orders from the District Court of Guam on Court Operations Re: COVID-19:
General Order No. 20-0039 In Re: District Court of Guam Condition of Readiness 1 (CCOR1) in Response to the COVID-19 Outbreak which extends the application of General Order Number 20-0032, implementing the most stringent provisions pursuant to Court Condition of Readiness 1(CCOR1) , through November 02, 2020 and amends General Order Number 20-0032 to allow for Clerk's Office in-person business by appointment only.
General Order No. 20-0038 In Re: Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (“Cares Act”) Authorization for Video Audio Conferencing in Criminal Proceedings. This General Order extends the provisions in General Order Number 20-0013, allowing certain criminal proceedings to be held by video or audio conference, for an additional 90 days unless terminated earlier.
