In September 2018, the President of the United States signed into law the Pro Bono Work to Empower and Represent (POWER) ACT, Pub. L. No. 115-237 (herein referred to as the “Power Act”). This law requires the Chief Judge of each judicial district to annually hold at least one public event designed to encourage pro bono representation for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. This event is free to attorneys and the general public.

- First Responders
- Emergency Medical Technicians
- Guam Police Department Officers
